Côte d’Ivoire : à l’ENA, le respect au cœur de la formation des futurs cadres
Abidjan, October 27, 2025 — The National School of Administration (ENA) held its traditional ceremony honoring the national emblem this Monday , under the chairmanship of Mrs. KONÉ Aline , Secretary General of the institution. This edition, dedicated to the value of the month, highlighted a fundamental principle: RESPECT .
In her speech, Mrs. KONÉ Aline recalled that respect constitutes the basis of life in society and an essential benchmark in the training of future State executives.
"Self-respect is the starting point for respecting others. It is the foundation of discipline and a sense of duty," she emphasized.
The Secretary General urged the students of the 61st class, returning from leave, to demonstrate rigor and excellence in the second phase of their training , devoted to specialization.
Organized every month, the ceremony honoring the national emblem aims to instill republican values and strengthen students' attachment to the symbols of the Nation.
Through this ritual, the ENA intends to remind people that integrity, discipline and respect are the foundations of any lasting and exemplary public career.
A leading institution, the ENA has established itself as a key player in the training of the Ivorian administrative elite. By placing respect at the heart of its teaching, the school aims to train responsible, loyal and honest executives , capable of serving the State with honor and efficiency.
