Initially confronted by the mother, the suspect reportedly confessed and offered to pay for the medical treatment to avoid prosecution. However, he recanted a few days later, denying any involvement.

1. Investigators' findings: The victim accurately described the living room bathroom, details confirmed point by point during a police raid on the premises.
2. Medical expertise: The gynecological certificate issued at the Keur Massar hospital confirms old tears of the hymen, corroborating the teenager's statements.
