UIP à Istanbul : Kandia Camara prône une diplomatie parlementaire au service du développement local
Meeting in Istanbul (Turkey) for the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) , the President of the Senate of Côte d'Ivoire, Ms. Kandia Camara , made a strong impression on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Speaking on behalf of the Ivorian nation, she called for a profound transformation of inter-parliamentary cooperation to concretely address territorial challenges.
Far from mere declarations of intent, Kandia Camara submitted three strategic proposals to her peers aimed at making legislative action more effective and connected to citizens' realities:
