Côte d’Ivoire : Moussa Sanogo passe le témoin à Mariatou Koné au ministère du Portefeuille de l’État et des Entreprises publiques
An official handover ceremony marked the change at the head of the Ministry of State Portfolio and Public Enterprises , with the departure of Moussa Sanogo and the entry into office of Mariatou Koné .
On this occasion, the outgoing minister presented the main achievements of his term, highlighting the actions taken to improve the governance of public enterprises , strengthen their performance, and consolidate the monitoring of state shareholding. He commended the work of the technical and administrative teams, while expressing his confidence in his successor's ability to continue the reforms already underway.
Upon officially assuming leadership of the department, Mariatou Koné expressed her gratitude for the work accomplished and her commitment to ensuring the continuity of public action , while also launching new initiatives. She emphasized the importance of rigor, transparency, and efficiency in managing the state's portfolio and public enterprises.
The new minister also called on all staff to mobilize collectively in order to meet the challenges related to the modernization of public enterprises and the optimization of their contribution to national economic development.
This handover of responsibilities is part of the government reorganization underway in Ivory Coast, with the aim of strengthening the effectiveness of state action in strategic sectors.
