Inclusion financière : Djogana Pay lance « Peya Pay Express » pour servir les clients à domicile
Djogana Pay, the electronic money institution authorized by the BCEAO (Central Bank of West African States), is taking a further step in its customer-centric strategy with the launch of Peya Pay Express . This new service, integrated into its mobile application, leverages in-person assistance to simplify access to finance.
The concept is simple: instead of traveling, the user receives a visit from an agent who will process their transactions. For the Managing Director, Mr. Youssoufou Sermé, the objective is clear: "It's no longer up to the customer to go to the service; now the service comes to them." This innovation aims to remove barriers related to mobility, insecurity, and long queues, thus ensuring more inclusive and reliable financial access.
