Le ministère de la Communication fixe son cap budgétaire pour 2027-2029
Meeting in Yamoussoukro, officials from the Ministry of Communication officially adopted, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, their multi-year budget and economic programming document coupled with the annual performance project (DPPD-PAP) 2027-2029 .
This action plan will serve as a financial and strategic roadmap for the next three years.
According to Arthur Landry, the ministry's Director of Financial Affairs (DAF), this document is an essential planning tool. It aligns sectoral projects with the broad guidelines of the National Development Plan (PND) and the National Communication Plan (PNC) .
“This is a strategic document [...] that outlines the activities the ministry will undertake in years N+1, N+2, and N+3. The goal of this seminar was to update it so that it serves as a compass for our future management.” — Arthur Landry, CFO of the ministry
The final project is the result of collaborative work, incorporating contributions from all departments of the ministry who have reassessed their priorities to adapt them to future realities.
The major innovation of this three-year program lies in the local approach implemented by the minister. The objective is to break with Abidjan's centralism in order to better disseminate government information throughout the country.
