On social media, fraudulent posts are proliferating: "Unsure about your grades? Contact us to change your result." Behind these false promises of "buybacks" or "grade manipulation" are scammers who prey on students' stress to extort large sums of money from them.

Why it is strictly impossible to change the grades

According to education experts, the path of a baccalaureate exam paper is a veritable vault. To have any hope of falsifying a result, a fraudster would miraculously need to possess an amount of confidential information that is virtually impossible to gather.

1. The composition center, the room number and the candidate's table number.
2. The specific batch in which the copy was sealed.
3. The city, the exact marking center, and the assigned jury.
4. The identity of the jury president (often a seasoned academic).
5. The identity of the entire chain of proofreaders and administrative staff.

Did you know? Even if a cheater had all this data, each copy passes through the hands of multiple people (markers, jury secretaries, supervisors, DECO and DRENA auditors). Every grade is meticulously tracked, checked, and validated.
