The suspense will end on Monday, June 1, 2026, for candidates for the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEPE) in Côte d'Ivoire. In accordance with the official schedule of the Ministry of National Education and Literacy, the results of the 2026 session will be officially announced in the afternoon.

Key figures for the 2026 session

Two weeks after the written exams, more than 609,000 young Ivorians will know their fate. This large-scale exam required significant logistical support across the entire country.

  1. 609,384 candidates in total (girls and boys).
  2. 2,763 composition centers open across the country.

How do I view the results?

Once published online, the results will be accessible through two main channels:

  1. Online: On the official website of the Directorate of Examinations and Competitions (DECO), accessible from the ministry portal.
  2. In person: By direct posting in the various schools.

Towards a new record success rate after the 2025 performance?

For this 2026 edition, the educational authorities hope to continue the positive momentum of previous years and reach a new level of performance.

As a reminder, the 2025 session had already recorded a clear progression with a national success rate of 86.58% (compared to 84.46% in 2024, i.e. a jump of 3.12 points).

A look back at last year's (2025) statistics:
  1. Candidates present: 576,285 | Admitted: 498,963
  2. Girls: 87.32% success rate (249,838 admitted out of 286,124 candidates)
  3. Boys: 85.86% success rate (249,125 admitted out of 290,161 candidates)

All eyes are now on DECO to see if the 2026 vintage will exceed the historic 86% success rate.
