École ivoirienne : Un numéro vert pour briser le silence sur les dysfonctionnements
The Ministry of National Education and Technical Training has taken a key step towards transparency. Since Friday, April 17, 2026 , a new alert system has been officially operational to clean up the Ivorian school environment.
From now on, 9991 will be the preferred channel for reporting any problems within the education system. This freephone number is available to the entire community.
The ministry's stated objective is clear: to establish more responsive governance and offer an official alternative to denunciations on social media.
Relayed by Minister N'guessan Koffi , the initiative sparked a lively online debate. While the desire for modernization is welcomed, opinions remain divided:

Note: Number 9991 is now the single point of entry for any complaint relating to the school environment in Ivory Coast.
