Éducation primaire : Vers une alliance stratégique entre la Côte d’Ivoire et l’ONG TaRL Africa
Primary schools in Côte d'Ivoire are about to reach a new milestone. The Ivorian government and the international NGO TaRL Africa are preparing to sign a partnership agreement imminently. The main objective: to boost teacher training and raise the learning level of students from their earliest years of schooling.
The foundations for this collaboration were laid on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 in Abidjan. The Minister of National Education, Literacy and Technical Education, N'Guessan Koffi , received in audience a delegation from the NGO, led by its Deputy Executive Director, Ashleigh Morrell .
At the center of the discussions: the integration of the TaRL ( Teaching at the Right Level ) pedagogical method, a recognized approach which consists of teaching by adapting directly to the child's actual level rather than to their age group.
