Faced with a growing number of rumors circulating on social media, the Ministry of Public Service felt compelled to clarify the situation: the schedule for teachers' bonuses remains unchanged. On Monday, December 22, 2025, Nasséré Kaba, Chief of Staff, met with a delegation from RESEFCI, led by Ekoun Kouassi, to dispel any misunderstandings.

No amount has been confirmed. The ministry was categorical: the figures currently circulating are unfounded. The process is proceeding as normal under the guidance of an independent expert firm, tasked with formulating concrete proposals following the social tensions that have shaken the sector.

Key steps to come:

December 31, 2025: Official handover of the expert firm's conclusions to the Minister of State, Anne Désirée Ouloto-Lamizana.
Early 2026: Submission of the report to the Government for final arbitration.

RESEFCI, praised for its responsible approach, calls on teachers to exercise restraint and to rely only on official channels.
