The Félix Houphouët-Boigny University (UFHB) in Cocody is already looking ahead to the next academic year. Through press release no. 0636/2026/MESRS/UFHB/P/DSC, published on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, the institution's president, Professor Ballo Zié, officially announced the key dates for submitting administrative and academic applications for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The Central Academic Affairs Office calls on students to be extremely vigilant in the face of this strict timetable.

The schedule of procedures by period

To facilitate student organization, the procedures have been divided into several distinct phases:

1. From Monday, June 1st to Friday, July 31st, 2026 (2-month period)

1. Applications for diploma equivalencies.
2. Authorizations for first registration in the program (FIP 1).
3. Requests to change career paths.
4. Submission of reinstatement files.

2. From September 1st to October 15th, 2026

1. Requests for exemption from registration fees.

3. From September 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027

1. Requests for suspension or interruption of studies.

Important note: Specific details regarding general registrations and re-registrations will be specified later via a dedicated press release from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Maximum strictness: No lateness will be tolerated

Professor Ballo Zié strongly emphasized academic discipline this year. He urged all students to make arrangements now to submit their files to the Central Registrar's Office. No exceptions or extensions will be granted after the deadlines.
