Un enseignant déféré à Dimbokro pour viol présumé sur une élève de 14 ans
The school community in the Bocanda area has been rocked by a sex scandal. A 33-year-old teacher at a private school in Kouadioblékro has been brought before the Dimbokro Court of First Instance. He is accused of raping one of his students, a 14-year-old girl.
The tragedy allegedly unfolded on Friday, December 12, 2025. The teacher, who teaches Life and Earth Sciences (SVT), is said to have lured the young girl to his home. It was in this private setting that the alleged rape took place.
As soon as they were informed of the situation, the victim's parents reacted immediately by contacting the Bocanda gendarmerie brigade. This swift action led to the suspect's rapid arrest. After initial questioning, the accused was brought before the Dimbokro prosecutor's office to answer the charges against him.
This case has reignited the debate on student safety in schools. If the allegations are proven, the teacher risks not only a lengthy prison sentence under the Ivorian Penal Code, but also dismissal from the teaching profession.
