La Médiation de l’Assurance franchit la barre des 2 milliards FCFA d'indemnisation
During his traditional morning press briefing this Wednesday, April 29th, in Cocody, the Insurance Ombudsman, Ernest Assamoi A. , presented a positive but demanding assessment of his institution. Since 2019, this free recourse mechanism has become an essential tool for resolving disputes between insurers and policyholders.
In seven years of operation, the mediation service has handled 531 cases , resulting in the return of a total sum exceeding 2 billion FCFA to the beneficiaries.
