France : un réseau de prox€n€tisme démantelé dans des salons de massage
Four people were brought before the public prosecutor's office this Friday, October 17, 2025, as part of an investigation into a network of pimping and human trafficking in massage parlors, announced Nancy public prosecutor François Capin-Dulhoste.
The investigation, which began in February and was led by the Nancy research unit, revealed the existence of an organized system of sexual exploitation of young Chinese women forced into prostitution in two massage parlors in Nancy and Metz, opened in 2022 and 2023 respectively, the prosecutor said in a statement.
These salons were open seven days a week and received five to seven clients per day who had booked appointments at the salon or by calling mobile phone numbers listed on online advertising sites.
After several months of surveillance and investigations, a judicial operation coordinated by the Nancy research section and the Lorraine regional intervention group (GIR) was carried out on Monday in Metz , Nancy, Montreuil and Paris.
Four Chinese nationals from the same family were arrested and taken into custody. They were presented to the Nancy prosecutor's office on Friday for immediate trial on charges of aggravated procuring, human trafficking and money laundering.
During the searches, luxury items, bundles of banknotes and bank accounts totaling 250,000 euros were seized.
Seventy identified clients were summoned and interviewed by investigators, the prosecutor said, and the women forced into prostitution were referred to an association.
