France/Bac 2026 : Jour J pour les résultats le 7 juillet, mode d'emploi
This is the moment eagerly awaited by thousands of high school students. In France, the announcement of the results of the 2026 Baccalaureate (general, technological and vocational tracks) is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7, 2026 , as announced by the Ministry of National Education.
Candidates will be able to discover their verdict either through traditional posting in their examination center, or directly on the internet.
To discover your decision without leaving home, the process is simple and completely free :
Beware of server congestion: Due to the massive influx of simultaneous connections, the servers may be slowed down on the day. If the page does not display, don't panic: be patient and try again several times.
Publication times vary depending on the academy. The first results will be released as early as 11 a.m. for some regions, while others will have to wait until around 2:30 p.m.
Upon discovering the grades, three outcomes are possible for candidates: to be admitted, to be rejected, or to have to go through the resit tests (oral control).
A crucial point was clarified during the 2026 exam press conference by Édouard Geffray, Minister of National Education:
"From now on, a candidate who obtains an average below 8/20 at the end of the final exams will no longer be able to have their grade rounded up or raised to 8 to be admitted to the resit exams."
