Médias – A+ Ivoire : une rentrée 2025 entre innovation, audace et proximité
A+ Ivoire begins its 2025 return with a clear guiding principle: to evolve its offering without losing its soul. Between ambitious new features and loyalty to its iconic formats, the Canal+ group channel is positioning itself more than ever as a key player in the Ivorian audiovisual landscape.
A program designed to attract and bring people together
On Friday, October 10 in Abidjan, Michel Mutombo-Cartier, general director of the A+ and A+ Ivoire channels, unveiled the main directions of this new television season.
The goal: to offer viewers a clever balance of entertainment, culture, and creativity. "Innovation is part of our DNA, but always with an eye toward Ivorian realities," he emphasized to the press.
Classics that unite, new releases that surprise.
The cult shows On se dit les gbé and C'est djinzin will continue to punctuate viewers' evenings, confirming their status as reliable local entertainment staples.
But the channel is not content with capitalizing on its successes: it is also innovating with new events such as Échappée ivoirienne, a discovery and travel program broadcast in prime time, or Dimanche Garba, which maintains its friendly tone and its place in the schedule.
Fiction, a mirror of Ivorian society
A true pillar of its programming, fiction remains at the heart of A+ Ivoire's editorial strategy. Among the key announcements: the highly anticipated return of Les Coups de la vie in 2026, the sequel to the cult series 220 Logements—a nostalgic dive into the 90s—and the new season 2 of Les Nounous, voted best series of the year.
“We work with passion to offer stories that speak to Ivorians, stories rooted in their daily lives,” said Michel Mutombo-Cartier.
An audiovisual sector in full structuring
The general director welcomed the increase in audience figures, now certified by the HACA, and highlighted the vitality of a market that is still young but booming.
According to him, the growth of the sector will come through better synergy between producers, content creators and the media: "It is essential that all stakeholders work together to grow the Ivorian audiovisual ecosystem," he insisted.
A clear ambition: to unite and promote local talent
By focusing on passion, innovation and a strong anchoring in Ivorian culture, A+ Ivoire intends to continue to entertain while promoting the country's talents.
This 2025 back-to-school season confirms the channel's vocation: to be not only a local media outlet, but also a driving force for creativity and excellence in African audiovisual.
