Clôture des JNSP 2026 : Robert Beugré Mambé exige des actions concrètes pour moderniser l'administration
The curtain has fallen on the 6th edition of the National Public Service Days (JNSP). Presiding over the closing ceremony this Friday, June 26, 2026 in Abidjan, Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé emphasized the need for efficiency: the time for speeches is over, now is the time for results.
"The time for reflection is over, the time for action begins," the head of government insisted.
Robert Beugré Mambé strongly urged all ministers, administrative officials, and public servants to immediately translate the recommendations of this conference into tangible realities for the public. Recalling that public service is the "first face of the State," he emphasized that the quality of services is the cornerstone of trust between citizens and republican institutions.
To achieve this, the government's roadmap is structured around five major priorities in line with the vision of the Head of State:
The Prime Minister took this opportunity to warmly commend the leadership of Anne Désirée Ouloto , Minister of State, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, for the success of this year's event. He also paid a heartfelt tribute to the essential workers of the state (teachers, healthcare personnel, law enforcement, and local government employees) who ensure the continuity of public service on a daily basis.
The ceremony concluded with a moment of solemn recognition. Several individuals were elevated to the rank of Commander in the Order of Merit of the Civil Service for their commitment:
Context reminder: Organised from June 23 to 26, 2026 in Abidjan, Yamoussoukro and in all regions of Côte d'Ivoire, this 6th edition of the JNSP was deployed around a common ambition: "Together, let's build a public service closer to citizens" .
