2. Investment rate: a rapid increase is expected, rising from 25.4% of GDP in 2026 to 34.5% in 2030 .

The private sector, the main driver of financing

The overall cost of this plan is estimated at 114,838.5 billion FCFA . The financing strategy confirms the State's commitment to allowing economic operators to take the lead in growth.

1. 70.2% of investments will come from the private sector .
2. 29.8% will be supported by the public sector .

To meet public financing needs (estimated at 38,000 billion FCFA), the government will seek access to financial markets and will soon organize an advisory group with its international partners.

The 2026-2030 National Development Plan (PND), the result of extensive consultation with civil society and technical partners, is structured around several major pillars:
