On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Abidjan, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Handicrafts inaugurated a crucial workshop: the validation of the Multi-Year Expenditure Programming Document and Annual Performance Projects (DPPD-PAP) 2027-2029 . This strategic framework will serve as a compass to guide the ministry's actions and allocate its resources over the next three years.

A decisive step for public action

Representing the Chief of Staff at the opening ceremony, the Chief of Staff, Ouattara Djakaridja , emphasized the importance of this process. Since Côte d'Ivoire adopted the program-based budget on January 1, 2020, the DPPD-PAP has become an essential management tool.

According to Mr. Ouattara, this document guarantees perfect synergy between:

2. The strategic objectives targeted.
3. The financial resources mobilized.
4. The expected concrete results.

After commending the preparatory work of the technical departments, focal points and the support of the Ministries of Finance and Planning, the chief of staff urged the participants to demonstrate rigor and critical thinking throughout the proceedings.
