Message du candidat Ahoua Don Mello

My dear compatriots,

The world is changing, Africa is changing, and Côte d'Ivoire has the opportunity to be part of this dynamic of change. To embark on the path of change, we have designed a program that is structured around three (3) main directions.

First, place Côte d'Ivoire in the dynamics of democracy. In 1990, we had a multiparty system. But today, multiparty politics is characterized by the government of one party, by one party, for one party. It's like a human body suffering from a hemiplegic disease that causes one part of its body to work, and the other half to be sick. We must revive the entire social body. To achieve this, our main proposal is a general amnesty, the release of all political prisoners, the return of all exiles, but also the establishment of a Council of Elders, which will bring together former heads of state and the most influential political parties. This neutral institution will make it possible to establish an independent electoral commission, a consensual electoral division, and a consensual electoral list in order to place Côte d'Ivoire in the dynamics of fair, transparent, and inclusive elections. This will promote sustainable development in politics.

The second fundamental direction we are giving is sovereignty. We believe that since 1960, Côte d'Ivoire has taken the path of development, but the cooperation agreements we signed with the former colonial power took away entire sections of our sovereignty, particularly in monetary, defensive, and industrial matters. Quite simply because Côte d'Ivoire did not have enough executives and capital to face all these challenges. Today, we have so many executives and a lot of capital being created in Côte d'Ivoire, to the point that doctors are unemployed. To meet the challenge of sovereignty, we must develop human capital, because we have this duty to make the citizen not only a person who has knowledge, know-how, and know-how. This skill rests exclusively in the hands of teachers and researchers. This is why it is important that an additional bonus be awarded to each teacher and researcher, so that we can effectively move from knowledge to know-how and know-how. This way, any graduate will be able to leave the education system with effective skills.

At the military level, we must be masters of our own army and build a defense policy both in times of war and in times of peace. We must also be in possession of our currency and all the wealth that is created in Côte d'Ivoire. You will notice that in the cocoa sector, for example, our farmers sell their products at 2800 FCFA/KG, intermediaries come to buy them to resell them at 6000 FCFA/KG. The difference of 3200 FCFA unfortunately goes abroad and not into the pockets of Ivorians. We believe that this reconstituted price difference will promote the construction of a sovereign fund that will allow us to have financial sovereignty in order to face our industrial development. We can use the leverage of the sovereign fund and the currency reform to build a sovereign economy that will allow us to move from raw materials to finished products in Côte d'Ivoire. But also, to transform our products that we usually import, through technology parks and business incubators.

The third and most important aspect is Pan-Africanism. We believe that if we are an industrial country, our primary market is Africa. We must therefore develop all the necessary road and railway networks between us and our neighbors, and across the entire continent, in accordance with the African Union's Agenda 2063, so that we can move towards a complementary economy between states and ultimately build the United States of Africa by 2063.

Fellow Ivorians, our constitution offers us the opportunity to punish President Alassane Ouattara's regime and put an end to his desire for a fourth term . To do this, we invite you all to go to the polls on October 25, 2025, to vote overwhelmingly for candidate Ahoua Don-Mello.

I assure you, I will be able to meet the challenge of democracy, sovereignty and pan-Africanism. I know how to do it.

My dear compatriots,

On October 25, 2025, give me your votes.
