The Minister of Employment, Social Protection, and Vocational Training, Adama Kamara, officially welcomed the completion of the National Program for the Promotion of Inclusive Employment (PNIPEI). Presented on Friday, May 29, 2026, in Abidjan at a ceremony hosted by the Directorate General of Employment (DGE), this ambitious project marks a major turning point for the integration of vulnerable populations.

The minister expressed the Ivorian state's gratitude to the technical and financial partners who supported the drafting of the text, in particular:
Mr. Adama Kamara used this platform to make a solemn appeal to the private sector and other donors to join this multi-stakeholder initiative, essential for ensuring sustainable and inclusive growth in Côte d'Ivoire. The labor market is also now more transparent thanks to the activation of the National Observatory for Employment and Training (ONEF) .
