Attécoubé : Fin de partie pour le centre « Ridwane », un faux médecin lourdement condamné
The verdict has been handed down for N. Seydou. This nursing assistant, who was operating illegally within the "Ridwane" medical center in Attécoubé, was sentenced by the Ivorian justice system this Thursday, February 26, 2026.
It all began on February 17th. As part of its inspection duties, the Health Police (under the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene) raided the premises of the "Ridwane" center, managed by the NGO RIAM CI. Finding serious irregularities, the authorities immediately ordered the permanent closure of the facility and the arrest of N. Seydou.
The court came down hard, demonstrating the state's determination to combat clandestine healthcare facilities that endanger lives. N. Seydou was found guilty of illegally practicing medicine and endangering the lives of others .
