Côte d’Ivoire : 19 entrepreneurs sélectionnés dans la 12e cohorte du programme Tony Elumelu
Ivory Coast confirms its place in the African entrepreneurial ecosystem. Nineteen Ivorian entrepreneurs have been selected for the 12th cohort of the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) entrepreneurship program, to be announced in March 2026.
In total, 3,200 young entrepreneurs from 54 African countries were selected this year, out of more than 265,000 applications received , illustrating the highly competitive nature of the program.
Each winner receives comprehensive support including:
- a business management training program
-personalized mentoring
-and non-repayable seed funding of up to $5,000
Launched in 2015 by Nigerian businessman Tony Elumelu, this program aims to support a new generation of African entrepreneurs capable of creating jobs and stimulating economic growth on the continent.
Since its creation, the foundation has already supported tens of thousands of entrepreneurs , contributing to the creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs and the boosting of local economies.
The selection of 19 Ivorians in this new cohort testifies to the growing dynamism of entrepreneurship in Ivory Coast , driven by an innovative and ambitious youth.
