Côte d’Ivoire : Abobo, mécontentement des agents de nettoyage de voies, leurs revendications
In Abobo, road maintenance workers protested this Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Bangui intersection. Their main grievance: the 25,000 FCFA transport allowance , which they deemed insufficient.
They also denounce:
-the absence of a staff representative,
-the absence of a health and safety committee at work,
-the non-recognition of freedom of association,
-non-payment of the dirt allowance.
The movement temporarily blocked traffic , highlighting the essential role of these workers in keeping the city clean and the importance of responding to their demands.
