The starting gun has been fired for administrative ambitions in Côte d'Ivoire. For this 2026 session, more than 400 competitive examinations are open. While the range of opportunities is vast, the Ministry of State, Public Service and Administrative Modernization, headed by Anne Désirée Ouloto-Lamizana, has identified critical needs in specific technical sectors.

1. The most sought-after profiles

Seven areas of expertise are particularly targeted this year by the Ivorian government. Candidates possessing these qualifications are central to the administration's expectations:

1. Engineers: Statisticians, economists, public works (all options), agronomists, and civil aviation.
2. Health: Specialist doctors.
3. Techniques & Planning: Demographers and Architects.

2. Heading towards the ENA (Session 2027)

For the National School of Administration, 600 places are available through 6 separate competitive examinations:

1. Direct competitions: 450 places.
2. Professional competitions: 150 places.
3. These recruitments concern the three usual cycles: Middle, Upper Middle and Higher.

3. Registration and competition schedule

The application period is the same for everyone: online registration takes place from March 16 to April 30, 2026 .

Administrative Examination Tests

The exams will take place in four waves during the summer:

2. Sequence 2: July 11 and 12
3. Sequence 3: July 25 and 26
4. Sequence 4: August 8th and 9th

4. Results and final formalities

The announcement of results will follow a sustained pace to allow for the finalization of files before the end of the year.

1. Administrative competitions: Results published between July 21 and September 1 (depending on the sequence). For recruitment based on application, the decision will be announced on September 15 .
2. ENA: Professional results on June 12 and direct results on July 31 .

Note: For those admitted, the crucial stage of medical examinations and physical submission of files will take place from September 21 to October 23, 2026 .
