Corporate solidarity has spoken again. The Ecobank Foundation donated a large batch of equipment to the Centre for the Awakening and Stimulation of Disabled Children (CESEH) in Yopougon on Saturday, October 18, 2025. The ceremony took place in the presence of administrative staff, parents, and beneficiary children. The donation, consisting of 10 tablets, 1 video projector, 1 55-inch interactive screen, 5 computers (including 1 laptop and 4 desktop computers), an internet connection, as well as paint cans and new roofs, is in line with the Foundation's chosen theme: "Transforming Africa through education."

This initiative reflects Ecobank's commitment to contributing to the well-being of populations, particularly children with disabilities. According to Mr. Harry Paul, Managing Director of Ecobank Côte d'Ivoire, this action aims above all to "bring smiles to children" and to support supervisors in their daily work. "Our objective is to support childcare facilities, but above all to bring a smile to this category of children and their parents.

This equipment will allow them to work in better conditions,” he explained. The CEO also emphasized that this gesture highlights the bank’s solidarity and social responsibility, while announcing the upcoming implementation of free training in artificial intelligence (AI) for the benefit of children, supervisors and parents. Touched by this mark of attention, Ms. Coulibaly Émilienne, president of the NGO Dignité Droits des Enfants de Côte d'Ivoire (DDE-CI) and director of CESEH, expressed her deep gratitude to the Ecobank Foundation.

"This donation will strengthen our capacities and improve the learning conditions of our children. We will make good use of it for the happiness of all," she assured. Through this act of generosity, the Ecobank Foundation reaffirms its commitment to building an inclusive society where every child, regardless of their abilities, has the right to education and development.
