Led by the National Technical Directorate , in accordance with CAF standards, this program is intended to lay the foundations for an even more ambitious project: the future introduction of the CAF Pro License in Côte d'Ivoire.

The training, considered intense and demanding , will last several weeks and requires rigor, commitment, and discipline from participants. It is led by recognized CAF instructors: Alain Gouaméné , Koné Tiègbê , and Touré Clémentine , who are responsible for imparting high-level knowledge to the trainees.

On behalf of the beneficiaries, Koré Fred , coach of OFC Adiaké and spokesperson for the recipients, expressed his gratitude to the Ivorian Football Federation (FIF). He emphasized the crucial impact of technical staff training on the performance of clubs and national teams. The trainees pledged to apply their newly acquired knowledge to raise the level of the local league and contribute to building more competitive national teams.

Through this session, the FIF confirms its commitment to making the National Technical Directorate a true high-level training hub in West Africa , and to permanently establish Côte d'Ivoire among the continental benchmarks in football development.
