Gouvernance et transparence : L’Onad érige un rempart contre la corruption
The National Sanitation and Drainage Office (ONAD) is taking an offensive in the area of ethics. On Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Abidjan-Plateau, the institution brought together its staff for an intensive workshop dedicated to the prevention and fight against corruption and related offenses.
Integrity in the Service of Performance. For the Director General, Amara Sanogo, this initiative goes beyond mere legal requirements: it is a "moral imperative." In a sector where public expectations and investments are enormous, ONAD is relying on accountability to optimize its results. The objective is clear: to equip each employee to identify risks and adopt exemplary behaviors.
A model of public management. Present to support this initiative, Diamouténé Oumar (Secretary General of ONAD, representing the President of HABG) emphasized that transparency is the "engine of performance." By adopting a rigorous code of ethics, ONAD aspires to become a leading institution. According to Mr. Diamouténé, every franc saved through sound management is a direct investment in public health and improving the living conditions of Ivorians.
