Fonction publique : Suspension de 4 concours administratifs pour la session 2026

Le ministère d’État, ministère de la Fonction publique et de la Modernisation de l’administration a officialisé, ce mercredi 6 mai 2026, l'arrêt temporaire de quatre concours professionnels. Cette mesure fait suite à une requête expresse du ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de l'Enseignement technique.

Liste des concours concernés

La suspension touche les accès aux emplois suivants :

Éducateur
Conseiller à l’extra-scolaire (Option Cantine)
Conseiller à l’extra-scolaire (Option Vie scolaire)
Conseiller à l’extra-scolaire (Option Alphabétisation)

Les raisons de cette décision

Selon le communiqué signé par la ministre d’État Anne Désirée Ouloto, ce retrait du catalogue des concours 2026 répond à deux impératifs :

Évaluation des effectifs : Permettre de finaliser le décompte exact des postes disponibles.
Contrôle de présence : S'assurer que les agents occupant déjà ces fonctions sont effectivement en poste.

Cette décision intervient alors que la phase d'inscription, lancée le 16 mars dernier, doit normalement s'achever le 8 mai 2026.

Modalités de remboursement pour les candidats

Le gouvernement a tenu à rassurer les usagers ayant déjà validé leur candidature. Les dispositions suivantes ont été prises :

Remboursement intégral des frais d'inscription.
Début des opérations : Mercredi 6 mai.
Mode opératoire : Transfert électronique direct sur le numéro de téléphone personnel renseigné lors de l'inscription.
