Foncier en Côte d’Ivoire : Le parcours de l'ACD en 12 étapes clés
The Land Registry One-Stop Shop (GUF), under the auspices of the Ministry of Urban Planning, recently unveiled the official administrative process for obtaining the Final Concession Order (ACD) . In Abidjan and its surrounding areas, this process involves five different institutions to guarantee the legal security of property ownership.
The handling of the case involves a series of strategic back-and-forth exchanges between technical and ministerial departments:

Important note: Payment of these taxes is the essential condition for the ACD to be published in the land register and to acquire its full legal value.
Once published, the ACD makes its return journey (DDU then GUF) to be officially handed over to the owner.
Towards simplification? Minister Moussa Sanogo has already announced reforms aimed at reducing delays and streamlining the number of steps, while strengthening the reliability of checks.
