USA : Elle tue son mari parce qu’il prenait trop soin d’elle
It's quite surreal. In the United States, Sheri Mitchell-Clutts, a 65-year-old woman, killed her husband, Timotty Clutts, on May 10th because he was taking too good care of her! The events took place in Russellville, a rural area of Alabama.
The woman in her sixties couldn't bear her husband constantly asking about her health, especially since she had undergone open-heart surgery two weeks earlier. She confessed to police that she killed him because he kept coming into her room to check on her.
She shot him in the chest
Annoyed by his excessive concern, she decided to end Timothy Clutts' life. After grabbing a pistol, she waited for him to return to his room to 'bother' him again.
Not seeing him arrive, she went looking for him and, having found him in an armchair, shot him in the chest.
The unfortunate man's body was indeed found by the police, lying on a reclining chair with a bullet in his chest.
It should be noted that it was Sheri herself who called the emergency services after her crime. She told them that she felt "threatened" and "harassed" by her husband.
"You never know what's going on in someone's head."
According to Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver, Sheri's behavior "clearly showed her displeasure."
"You never know what's going on in someone's head," he added. The woman in her sixties is currently incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail for murder.
