MUGEF-CI : Paul Gnogbo réélu haut la main, cap sur la digitalisation et des soins renforcés
Paul Gnogbo remains at the helm of the General Mutual of Civil Servants and State Employees of Côte d'Ivoire (MUGEF-CI). Reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors on Friday, May 29, 2026 in Abidjan, he begins this new term with clear ambitions: to modernize the institution, accelerate the digitization of services, and optimize medical care for members.
The elective General Assembly was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The "Solidarity-Health" list, led by Paul Gnogbo, was the only one running for the board of directors and won a resounding victory, securing 246 votes, or 95.54% of the votes cast .

As soon as the results were announced, the re-elected president was keen to express his gratitude to the head of state, the government and the security forces, who ensured that the election was held without a hitch.
For Paul Gnogbo, the main objective of this new term is to continue the reforms while improving the quality of services offered to Ivorian civil servants. The president unveiled his main strategic priorities:
"The elections are over. Now is the time to come together and unite around our mutual in order to effectively meet the expectations of the members," Paul Gnogbo emphasized, extending a hand to the other lists involved in the process.
The president of the National Electoral Committee (CEN), Koné Colette, expressed her satisfaction with the "calm, peaceful, transparent, and impartial" atmosphere in which the vote took place. Although the number of candidates was limited, she noted that democratic and cooperative principles were rigorously respected.
In officially closing the proceedings of this General Assembly, Ms. Koné congratulated all the stakeholders (media, delegates, law enforcement) and invited the newly elected officials to embody exemplary governance:
"The time for electoral competition is over; now is the time for collective work and strengthening our shared tool for social solidarity."
