Bouaké : un nouveau-né retrouvé abandonné dans une décharge
On Monday, March 30, 2026, a baby was discovered in precarious conditions in the Air 3 neighborhood, a parallel development in Bouaké. Around 10:30 a.m., forces from the 3rd Company responded to an emergency after being alerted to the presence of a newborn abandoned in an open-air dump.
Despite the unsanitary conditions, the baby was conscious when emergency services arrived. Immediately taken into care, he was transported by ambulance to the pediatric ward of the Bouaké University Hospital.
