The specialized financial institution is preparing to open its headquarters in Côte d'Ivoire with a clear objective: to inject capital to address the pressing issue of housing.
"This pan-African bank will allow our country to benefit in particular from financial support for affordable housing in sufficient quantity," the minister stated.
