Fuel and butane gas price stability in Ivory Coast for December 2025

Stabilité des prix des carburants et du gaz butane en Côte d'Ivoire pour décembre 2025

Motorists and households in Ivory Coast can breathe a sigh of relief: fuel and butane gas prices will remain unchanged throughout December 2025.

This news was confirmed by a press release from the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy, transmitted to AIP.

Prices will remain unchanged from December 1st to 31st

Unleaded Super Petrol: The price per litre remains at 820 FCFA .
Diesel: The price per liter remains fixed at 675 FCFA .
Kerosene lamps: The price remains at 705 FCFA .

Butane Gas Price: No change

Butane gas prices, essential for households, are also being maintained at their usual levels:

6 kg bottle: Still available at 2,000 FCFA .
12.5 kg bottle: The price remains fixed at 5,200 FCFA .

These prices are valid throughout the national territory for the period from December 1st to 31st, 2025.

It is important to remember that the prices of petroleum products in Ivory Coast are subject to an automatic fixing mechanism , providing for a monthly readjustment based on international prices and other determining factors.
