To help the children of the SOS Village of Aboisso approach the 2025-2026 school year with serenity and optimism, the presidents of the Rotary Abidjan Atlantis, Abidjan Yopougon Phoenix and Rotaract Abidjan Atlantis clubs spoke from their hearts by offering a batch of school kits worth 2 million FCFA to the residents of this village. It was on Saturday, October 11, 2025, in the premises of this charitable institution located in the residential district of Aboisso, the capital of the Sud-Comoé region.
The very sober but pleasant presentation ceremony took place in the presence of the little ones, members of the staff, and donors. Charles Toa Bi, leader of these generous donors, explained to the audience the meaning of this activity. "This activity is part of the vision of Rotary International. It involves men and women mobilizing to bring about lasting change within our communities," he set the scene.
Before giving the symbolism of the donation. "These kits symbolize support, encouragement, a hand extended toward the future. We deeply believe that every child deserves the same opportunities to learn, dream, and succeed," he said. Then, he urged the recipients to make good use of the donations, but above all, to believe in themselves. "Work, dream, and believe in yourselves, because it is you who will carry our hopes tomorrow," said Mr. Toa Bi.
